AKC Full Registration*
*Must contact me to discuss and must be a qualified breeder with experience, knowledge, and facilities.
To reserve your spot, you simply need to send a $200 deposit (via check, cash, PayPal, Square) and indicate which sex and pick you are reserving. I will then indicate here on the website that pick has been reserved and is no longer available.
The remaining balance is due when you pick up your puppy. You can pay the balance at the time you pick up your puppy at 6 weeks of age, either by cash, money order, credit card, or PayPal. If credit card or PayPal is used to pay the balance, a 3% fee will be added to cover fees.
We will be posting updated pictures of each puppy about once a week so you can see them grow, and maybe have a good idea which one you want before you come to pick it up. However, to be fair to the other buyers, we ask that you make every effort to make your choice before he or she is 6 weeks old. We don’t want to put off other buyers waiting on the 1st or 2nd picks to make their selections.
Each puppy will be weaned and will be already eating softened dry dog food. We use Diamond Naturals Large Breed Puppy food as we begin to wean the pups at 4 weeks old. Diamond Naturals is sold at retail stores such as Tractor Supply, Petsmart, and most Walmarts. We highly recommend continuing your puppy on this food up to a year, then transition him or her to Diamond Naturals Large Breed Adult food. We will provide you with a sample bag to last a few days. If you want to change the food to a different brand, please mix with the sample bag to get them used to a different food. Please visit www.dogfoodadvisor.com to see reviews of every dog food available on the market to determine the quality of the food you prefer, if you decide to switch brands.
All puppies will also be current on vaccinations and worming, and we will provide you with a recommended vaccine and worming schedule for you to follow after you take the puppy home with you. All puppies come with AKC registration papers, a health guarantee, and puppy care information.
We also recommend a multi-vitamin for your pup. We use Nuvet Labs Canine and/or Pet Honesty 10-in-1 multi-vitamins. We highly recommend continuing your pet on these vitamins. See the Nuvet Product Info page for more information. We have been very impressed with our labs on these multi-vitamins, and are considering making continued use of them a contingency on the health guarantee. I will be happy to discuss this with you in more detail when you pick up your puppy.
We offer shipping to anywhere in the United States. The fee for shipping ranges from $400 to $500, depending on your location and the time of year. During the summer months, the cost is a little higher because the puppies are shipped on an airline with temperature controlled cargo areas. This cost range includes the shipping fee, insurance, a pet carrier, and a vet health certificate.
